1. The warranty period is 365 days from the date of shipment. Jyminer will cover the shipping cost of a replacement unit within the warranty period.

2. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from Jyminer. If the miner is resold, the warranty becomes the responsibility of the reseller.

3. If the user fails to use the product in accordance with the instructions, specifications, and conditions supplied, or changes the functional settings of the unit without noticing Jyminer, Jyminer shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
